Rental price and (down) payment
The rental price excludes cleaning costs, tourist tax and deposit.

A deposit of 40% of the rental price must be paid upon booking. The deposit amount must be transferred to the account number of the landlord.
Your booking is only final after receipt of your deposit. The deposit as stated on your reservation must be in our possession within three days of receipt of the confirmation. With your deposit you confirm that you agree to our rental conditions.
If the deposit has not been credited to your account after three days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
The remaining 60% of the rental price plus deposit, cleaning costs and tourist tax must be paid into the landlord’s account no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
The tenant must pay a deposit of €200 together with the remaining amount, which will be refunded within 1 week after the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
For reservations made within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental amount plus deposit, cleaning costs and tourist tax must be paid within three days of receipt of confirmation.
It is recommended to take out your own travel and cancellation insurance. For a ski holiday, as an extra winter sports cover.
Rental period, arrival & departure
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Or as agreed otherwise. Arrival is from ± 16:00 and departure before 10:00. Due to the cleaning you must adhere to these times.
The check-in procedure is via a key box. You will receive further explanation about this procedure in the week before arrival.
When leaving for home, the apartment must be left “swept clean”. This means dishes clean, bin(s) emptied, oven and refrigerator cleared of residues, heating off and light(s) off.
Finally, lock the front door of the apartment and hang the key back in the designated key box (according to procedure).
Landlord access
The landlord has the right to access the apartment at all times (for example for inspections or repairs). If applicable, the tenant will be contacted.
Use utilities
Rent includes water, electricity and internet. All on a fair use basis, and please consider the environment.
Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the reservation, we request you to do this in writing. We apply the following cancellation costs or refund:
-Up to 8 weeks before arrival entitles you to a 25% refund of the rental amount paid up to that point.
-Up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental period entitles you to a 10% refund of the total rental price paid. Also refunded will be: the paid deposit and tourist tax and cleaning costs.
-The paid deposit and tourist tax will be refunded within 5 weeks before the start of the rental period, but not the cleaning costs.
Use of, in and around the apartment
The apartment may only be used for residential purposes and not for commercial purposes or other activities.
The number of occupants may not exceed 4 and may only be used by the names of persons provided by the tenant when booking.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The tenant undertakes not to cause any nuisance in and around the apartment complex, including but not limited to noise nuisance. Quiet hours apply in the building between 22:00 and 07:00.
Smoking and drug use is prohibited in the entire apartment complex. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
It is not permitted to enter the house with ski and/or hiking boots. You can leave your ski equipment in the designated storage/Skikeller at the entrance of the building or in the ski depot at the Natrunbahn gondola.
Household waste must be separated on site as indicated in the Mühlraum just outside the building. In Austria, very strict rules apply to this.
Cars must be parked with their noses facing the building.
Possible loss of key(s)
In case of loss of key or keys, report this immediately to the landlord.
Costs per key are (due to certificate) € 80, – and will be deducted from the deposit.
Termination of the contract
Failure to comply with the rental conditions and/or causing serious damage may be grounds for premature termination of the rental contract. The landlord will inform the tenant of this.
The deposit may be withheld.
